Scope of Services
- Aixbot provides the WhatsApp automation technology for appointment scheduling.
- Royal Hospital is responsible for all medical consultations, treatments, and healthcare services.
- Payments are processed via Razorpay with Axis Bank as the acquiring bank, and funds are settled directly to Royal Hospital.
Patient Responsibilities
- Patients must provide accurate personal and appointment details.
- Payments must be completed for appointment confirmation.
- Patients must arrive at the hospital on time for their scheduled appointments.
Limitations
- Aixbot is not responsible for any medical outcomes or hospital services.
- Aixbot does not collect or hold patient payments.
- Any disputes related to medical treatment should be addressed with Royal Hospital.
