Scope of Services

• Aixbot provides the WhatsApp automation technology for appointment scheduling.
• Royal Hospital is responsible for all medical consultations, treatments, and healthcare services.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay with Axis Bank as the acquiring bank, and funds are settled directly to Royal Hospital.

Patient Responsibilities

• Patients must provide accurate personal and appointment details.
• Payments must be completed for appointment confirmation.
• Patients must arrive at the hospital on time for their scheduled appointments.

Limitations

• Aixbot is not responsible for any medical outcomes or hospital services.
• Aixbot does not collect or hold patient payments.
• Any disputes related to medical treatment should be addressed with Royal Hospital.
