Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to appointment bookings made at Royal Hospital through the Aixbot WhatsApp Automation Platform.

Refund Policy

  • • All payments made for appointments are final and non-refundable.
  • • Refunds are not provided once a payment is successfully processed.
  • • Patients are advised to verify appointment details before completing the payment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • • Appointments may be rescheduled by contacting the hospital directly at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
  • • No cancellations or refunds will be processed after payment.
