This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to appointment bookings made at Royal Hospital through the Aixbot WhatsApp Automation Platform.
Refund Policy
- • All payments made for appointments are final and non-refundable.
- • Refunds are not provided once a payment is successfully processed.
- • Patients are advised to verify appointment details before completing the payment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- • Appointments may be rescheduled by contacting the hospital directly at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
- • No cancellations or refunds will be processed after payment.
